RADAR Mobile utilizes a 2-way integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM to provide users a way to view and manage sales opportunities, accounts, and contact information. Provided is an intuitive interface for users to manage opportunities, accounts, and contacts wherever you happen to be, as the information is gathered. The simplified interface allows for fluid navigation between accounts and their associated contacts, opportunities associated with those accounts, and activities required to win those opportunities and build his or her business.
RADAR Mobile uniquely enables users the ability to view all deals that have been awarded to Red River by their company and view contact and account information.
NOTE: Just like a banking app, RADAR Mobile requires Red River to set up an account to provide that customer/user their associated account data. Customers can utilize the support URL or contact their sales representative to request login credentials after getting a Red River account.
IMPORTANT: For full experience, RADAR Mobile for iPhone/iPad requires an access to Dynamics CRM server (4.0 or 2011, on- premise/online).
